Clay County has the following substances stored in county per Tier II reporting. Tier II reporting is a state requirement for facilities that store potentially harmful substance above a certain threshold (quantity).  The Tier II reporting is required to be completed annually. The following are substances stored within Clay County per Tier II reporting forms:
